The Ministerial Department serves as a resource to Victory Headquarters Christian Center as they seek ways to enhance the ministry of the pastor. In today’s church climate, the life of the pastor is becoming increasingly complex and challenging. Balancing the physical, mental, and spiritual, as well as heavenly, family, and professional relationships, is often overwhelming. The Ministerial Department provides the encouragement and resources to assist the pastor in providing successful leadership in the home, local church, and community.
